Inserts/Promotional Items - Prices from £1000 + VAT

Gain instant access to the delegates at IOHA London 2015 by including your information direct to delegates.

Ideas for inserts/promotional gifts:

• Marketing information included on delegate USB stick (company to provide USB sticks)
• Insert into delegate bags - Paper size A4 or smaller - a maximum number of six sheets double sided (please contact Claire Creed at [email protected] to discuss larger items) and inserts must be delivered to BOHS Head Office no later than Monday 13 April 2015.
• Leaflets can be placed on the seats prior to the arrival of audiences in the session rooms at the start of the day.
• Treat delegates and speakers to a high quality branded gift! This provides a real "feel good" factor when delegates arrive at the conference. What a great way to get your company known and remembered by so many people? You will provide the gift which could be pens, notepads, mugs, torches, umbrellas, etc. Why not be creative? Think of a gift that will really make you stand out from the crowd!

Venue Branding - Prices from £1000 + VAT

Branding can be placed throughout the venue. Price is dependent on the area and size of the branding. Examples are:

• Banner at registration desk promoting your organisation
• Branding appearing on plasma screens at the venue
• Branding in refreshment areas e.g. napkins (sponsor to supply)

Wifi - Price from £5000 - £8000 (dependant on number of logins offered)

Place your organisation at the centre of the conference by offering complimentary wi fi access to all attendees. Cards will be branded with your logo and gives you an excellent platform for prominent advertising and communication

Sponsor lanyards - SOLD

Used to great effect throughout the conference with all delegates, lanyards have the potential to get your company noticed by everyone who attends. Your company will be the only sponsor of lanyard giving you an exclusive opportunity for promotion.

App sponsor - £5000 + VAT

The IOHA 2015 Mobile App allows attendees to access conference information and planning tools from their smartphone/tablet even before the event starts, as well as from the conference itself.

Users can browse the programme, create their own agenda of which sessions they'll attend and also plan which exhibitors to visit during their time at the event.

The IOHA 2015 Mobile App Sponsorship Package will provide maximum exposure for an exclusive sponsor.

Pre-Conference Email Shot to Delegates - From £1000 + VAT

Do you have a new product to launch? Do you want to promote your attendance at the exhibition to all delegates? Then consider an email shot to the delegates prior to the event. This will be sent from BOHS Head Office to all delegates. Content will be provided by sponsor.

Sponsor a Session - £2000 + VAT

Is there a session relevant to your company's products? Then consider sponsoring a session. This would include branding during the session and within the programme schedule, company logo aligned next to session's details within the conference mobile app.
